INTERNATIONAL (TOP) Chess Groups rules.or method

Hi !! ,

This is to inform u that to run this group smoothly and make it in Toppers of Top 5 or 10 even top 100 there has to be less Admins and super Admins in order to bring a fighting spirit for each one and all to play earn points etc and be a admin , super admin or request us for admin we give u only admin for 1 week time then cut .If we see u are good u will be kept going

So INTERNATIONAL /TOP CHESS GROUPS MOSTLY HAVE 4 ADMINS 

AND 4 SUPER ADMIN 

BUT OUR GROUP CAN RUN 1st TIME A BIG CHANGE SO 5 SUPER ADMINS 

AND 10 ADMINS as we need to bring a change later .

OR WE CAN MAKE BOTH 10/10 SUPER 10 and Admins 10 super 7 admins 10
