invite to join World Cities League

Hi ruelasker,

The 2017 season of the World Cities League will start in November. I'll be in charge then for division 4, and I hope that we can welcome Mumbai as a participant again.

In order to have everything running as smoothly as possible and to avoid unnecessary unplayed matches, I try to establish contact with the team admins at this stage already in order to clarify the communication basics.

I haven't succeeded with Mumbai until now. barrj777a (who is the primary team contact in our list) is not listed as an admin of Mumbai any more. Could you perhaps fill in here?

For participation in the WCL 2017, we need the following questions answered:

1) Will Mumbai participate in the WCL 2017?

2) Who will be available as the primary team contact?

3) Can you name a secondary team contact in case the first contact is offline for unforeseen reasons?
