After Wednesday and Sunday Online Chess Lessons, we now have an optional Certification Games Session for 30 minutes afterwards. Chess School Students will play each other on Chess.com. I am keeping Zoom open, so students can socialize while playing. However, you are welcome to pay and your entry fee will be donated to our Chess Scholarship Fund. The exception is the 2020 Club Championship because there are Cash Prizes.2. On the First Wednesday every month during the Coach Fee Lesson time is Practice Game Night. You will be matched against other Kansas City Chess School players with a similar grade and rating on Chess.com by Coach Fee who will be watching the games for further lessons. The goal is for students to meet other players from our school and to get more practice games.3. We have an online Boy Scout Chess Merit Badge Class Saturday August 15th.
