Jungkook Gets a Call During His Vlive and Calls Out Sasaeng

On June 17 KST (Korean Standard Time), Jungkook held his own Vlive session interacting with fans called "Relaxing Drink After Happy Times" after their 5th Muster in Busan. The broadcast lasted for about 50 minutes, where Jungkook was answering fans' questions while drinking a glass of wine.

However, in the middle of the Vlive, as Jungkook was reading his phone, he receives a call from an unknown number. He ignores the call and says, "This is a call from a fan. It's saying, 'You're doing a Vlive, and I called just to check.' What I do is, I immediately block this call. I actually get a lot of calls from sasaeng fans."

This shocked many ARMYs, as this was his first time (or BTS's) that he has actually mentioned saesangs and that he has gotten so many of these calls. Some did not know how they would get idol's numbers. To explain, sasaengs try to get into jobs for the same telephone company as their idols' to work there and had gotten their numbers from there. Those who knew about this were surprised (or not) that these people would go so far to invade their idols' privacies.

There was a comment that explained some of the context to another level on one YouTube video spreading news about this topic, saying:

Actually I have to apologize the one who called him in the middle of the live was my friend , she got the number from another sasaeng and called him in the middle of the live to see if it's the real number.

I told her not to, but she did anyways,

I smacked her head after and laughed at her crying because she got called out.
