King's Gambit is afoot!

We have seven places left in this very large King's Gambit thematic tourney.  I know I am out of my league in this one as well, but I am taking one of these spots to experience a fun variation.  In this particular variation, Black is avoiding the capture of a pawn to achieve faster development.  Can they? Can you?  Please join me and other DHLC members as we test the waters in this unique opening theme.
