KPOP Female Group of the Month #13
STAYC (스테이씨) (formerly known as HIGHUP Girls) is a 6-member girl group under High Up Entertainment, consisting of Sieun, Seeun, Sumin, J, Isa, and Yoon. STAYC is an acronym of “Star To A Young Culture”, which was also the title of their debut single album released on November 12, 2020.
Sumin (20) is the group leader, Sieun (20) the main vocalist, Isa (19), Seeun (18), and Yoon (17) vocalists, and J (17) the maknae rapper.
At the 36th Golden Disc Awards, STAYC won Rookie Artist of the Year, and a Digital Song Bonsang for their 2021 single ASAP.
