Ladder System Sign ups!!!

So,we are going to have a ladder system. The matches can be either 45+45(or +30) or 90+30 as decided by the challenger and the challenge. Your Rapid rating will be taken for the starting leaderboard unless you guys think we should have a tournament or something to determine placement.
