Updates:

- notifications:
"Every time" - icon update the time of notification and ring, LED or vibrate triggered.
Otherwise - icon cleared if there are no pending games; icon appears if there is at least one pending game.

- Blinking LED notification changed from default to custom green blinking 300ms period, 3sec duration.

- pawn promotion bug fixed at CP game and http://www.chess.com/echess/game.html?id=29842931;

- user vacation status check added, so if user is not on vacation, then there is no "Remove vacation status" button at settings screen.

- chat icon changed (we used black icon).
