LEAGUE PHASE ROUND 4 Negotiation Forums and Result Forums Announcement

Greetings people!

Sorry for the delay in these forums and managerial stuff. 

--> 2 teams have withdrawn from the league.

--> Detailed Analysis and explanation about the recent situation will be posted with a bit delay as I am very busy right now, till like in March or something. [I expected this time to be just posting, giving answers to some questions and playing the games, but fate had other plans.]

Till then, please avoid asking any questions about the league, taking a withdrawal from the league or taking any actions. Things have been resolved for now, and since this setback, the league will once again try to catch up its pace. It is a humble request to all of you to please negotiate for your games.
