Let's Talk - The Downfall of TCOF
Perhaps a rather grim title... Eh, but it's what happened. TCOF had a downfall. After CD left chess.com, TCOF just fell off. Before that though, we were one of the most active and largest clubs on chess.com. I believe we had a 100% activity rate... Wow.
The whole kingdom taken down by ONE PERSON leaving. Now, this makes sense. Kinda. We all grieved when we lost a dear friend. However, that does not mean that we should grow distant from each other. I used to be largely involved in the chess.com club culture (such as alliances and CW and all that stuff), but then... I haven't been involved at all for a long time. TCOF used to be my favorite club. And it still is, the past of it that is... We need to simply reactivate TCOF.
Now, all summer I've been extremely busy moving from Ohio to Texas, but FINALLY I am settled in Texas. So now I should have more time to engage with y'all. I just hope that we can just talk and have a lot more activity in TCOF.
And y'all, we can do this. Just talk to each other! Inside of TCOF. Just keep the activity localized. XD
And BTW, this is the start of a series I'm gonna be running through announcments in TCOF called the Let's Talk series. The purpose is to engage the members of TCOF. So what I WANT is for y'all to talk in these comments! Please! Lol We need more activity. I believe that we can indeed restore TCOF to it's former glory. Now you newer members don't have any memory of what TCOF used to be, but that's fine. Just please help us regain activity and our sense of community! Later! : )

P.S. I guess y'all can also count this as a face reveal for me... XD
