Limit on number of powerful characters

Recently I've noticed more people making a lot of powerful characters. This is fine as long as those characters stay separate. But people have been using 2nd and 3rd characters to buff their first ones. This is not ok, the point of the cap on abilities is so people can't do everything and be the most powerful. So we have decided to pass a rule that states that everybody must only have a maximum of 2 powerful characters. A powerful character is a character tier three or higher. If you currently have more than 2 powerful characters, you must eliminate one (or more) of them. If you don't tell a loremaster which characters you are getting rid of (if applicable) within a few days they have the right to decide for you. There is no limit on the number of tier 4 characters a person can have. If you have any questions talk to me or another lore master. Proof that two of us agreed on this rule is below.
