Live Club tournament----Update

So far the club got only 8 responses so it is hard to pinpoint what works with everyone but at least we can start from here to figure it out.

I see that the club doesn't mind most time controls so we should be able to host different time controls on opposite weeks to give some variety to players.

The days that most prefer looks like Sunday but it could have been different if more would have been able to do the poll.  It is still a good baseline to start trying to nail down a set time of event for the future if everyone is interested.

As for the times I would think that 6 pm would be better if we are doing a longer time control(G/10+15, G/30) but 7pm would also work if we were doing shorter time controls(G/5, G/10 G/15).

I am thinking that maybe we can try to do "two live events" per week so that it will give more members a chance to play in these tournaments.  We can make alterations as we work through this to the time and/or day in order to find a more permanent slot for most participating members . I will try a few beta tournaments to see if we can make this new addition work for the club.
