Lore Chapter Two: The Spaceship
Kermit. He saw the light. He and grabbed the hands of his wife and son. Then Kermit closed his eyes. And shedded single tear. Then the light took him.
Kermit woke up. Surprised to be alive. He was in a futuristic room. It was small and he couldn’t stand up. So he stayed sitting. As he looked around. He realized he didn’t see his wife and son. He frantically looked around as he felt like his heart would jump out of his throat. He then sees what seems to be a piloting board. A control panel with an immense amount of buttons on it. He crawls inside of the room to find his wife, cradling their son in her arms.
“Kali. You’re safe. Wha- What happened” Kermit said in a shaky voice. Kali spoke up.
“I don’t know. The light got us. I closed my eyes and then we were here. You were on the ground.”
Kermit was at a loss for words. As soon as he finally gained the confidence to speak his voice was taken once again. He looked at the window. He saw nothing. It was pure black darkness. Then he started to see stars in the sky. He now knew. They were in space.
He looked at his son. Kermit didn’t bother asking why they were in space because Kali seemed shaken enough. He grabbed his son. And rocked him back and forth. Everything seemed so real. Kermit looked at Kali. And they shared a glance. Kali them spoke in a whisper, “You know that we never ended up naming him. We just called him son. The Leader didn’t let us name him.” Kermit never thought about that. “We should name him now.” Kali spoke. “How about… K? Just K?” Kermit couldn’t think of anything better so he agreed. “Sure. K it is”
Kermit looked out of the window. He saw a very big star. He looked at it. And it started getting bigger. Kermit must be delusional. There is no way in hell- “It’s here. Kali it’s here. The light is back.” Kali skittered against the floor and got to the control room. She went as fast as she could. Kermit didn’t know what to do. He needed for that thing to happen again. He needed to be teleported. So he did the exact things he did before. As the light came closer. He grabbed K and Kali’s hands and closed his eyes. He opened them, and saw the spaceship ripped apart. There was this figure. Standing there. It was a humanoid creature that was made out of pure light. He could see his Kali and K behind him. The figure then spoke.
”Where is she?”
Kermit was confused, ”Who? I don’t who you are. Leave us alone.”
The figure spoke once again. “She liked you more than me. She would have come to you. Where is she? Don’t lie.”
”GET AWAY FROM US YOU SOCIOPATH!” screamed Kali.
He used his hand, which were made out of pure light, to start choking Kali.
“Where. Is. She.” He said with a deep voice
”LET HER GO!” Kermit yelled.
He then grabbed K and started burning him. “You tell me where she is or they die”
“I don’t know. Please let them go. Please…”
A wicked smile settled on its face. He was nothing. He was just pure light.
“Too late” he said. He then threw Kali’s lifeless body into my lap. And then he left with K.
”NOOOOOOOO!” Kermit yelled at the empty nothingness. Kermit got up. He swore on his life that he would get revenge. He would avenge Kali and K. He will get them back.
