Low-rate Tournaments 8 & 9 finish first rounds

Two low-rate tournaments have finished their first rounds and advanced to the second.

It turns out that we have by accident two low-rate tournaments number 8. My fault. Anyway, numbers are irrelevant, it's just to distinguish them from each other.

In this Lower Rating Tournament VIII six players made it to the second round:
