Making Welcome messages (Draft??)

We should think of a welcome messages to send to the people via message or something.

So, I will think of it but u guys need to help too, it’s not me that needs to help the club, but we all need to help the club. So, I think we need a 4-5 paragraph long welcome messages.

And it should include our rules, partner clubs, vote chess matches, team matches, news & forum and etc.

So, what do you guys think?? Come on, some ideas!
