Many chances to improve rating

http://www.chess.com/groups/team_match?id=516246 is atournament staring right at many of us. Shall we participate and risk our precious rating or not and stay the same?

I know people in our group have low ratings, while they are learning our game, but 1000 should never face 1500. It's up to us to take the bloody nose of, say, 1500 vs. 1800 -- but we might win. 1000 vs 1500 is nearly impossible and I doubt the 1000-rated player would learn anything, since a 1500-player can probably teach you nothing from the game, if he/she even tries to help.

So, please try to partcipate in this match.
