Saturday, 10/18 Harvest Open U1600 Tournament & Club Fundraiser

The Murfreesboro Chess Club is hosting an U1600 Tournament this Saturday. There are plaques and raffle prizes to be awarded, and it’s only $10.00 for 5 rounds of Rated Classical Chess. If you are unrated, this event will give you an official published provisional rating. The event also serves as a fundraiser for the club, which helps us to continue creating chess playing opportunities for the community.

- Format: 5 Rounds in one Open Section, Dual-Rated
- Time Control: Rounds 1 & 2 = G/30+10, Rounds 3 thru 5 = G/45+10
- Registration: 7:30am - 8:40am
- Rounds: 9:00, 10:30, Lunch, 1:00, 3:00, 5:00 (or all a.s.a.p)
- Early Entry: $10.00 cash or PayPal by 10/17 Reg4chess.com (Region 3 TN)
- Late Entry: $15.00 cash at the door on 10/18
- Official MCC Member Discount: $5 off (MCC Annual Membership is $10)
