member role

we have learnt that there can be people who will cause as much damage the club as possible so I'm making a role for some member, to recover and prevent future attack, also here is the ban attack (if you are an old member and just join back the club home page or claim your old title) : https://www.chess.com/announcements/view/ban-attack-homepage 

firstly to prevent more damage I will make: ________ (this is because to prevent in an event of a ban attack, the ban attacker will not target these member(s) first, giving them time to react) I will dm the member(s) privately. This (these) member(s) have the power to demote anyone the feel suspicious (NOT ban or kick).

secondly, to recover the club @SantannadeAlwis will be in charge of invites. (this does not mean you stop inviting)

more roles and member(s) will be added but for now this is it. If you have any more ideas for this comment below.
