Message to All players, of All our Blitz teams!!
Hello players of our Blitz teams!
Since our preparation period is almost over, please pay extra attention to the following...
Negotiation Threads of Not-So PRO, only exist for negotiating purposes!! We do not ask questions in there (so not within our friendlies negotiations either), since this is considered as spamming. You rather send an in-game message to your captains, to ask them whatever you need to know.
I've also noticed that some of our players, seem to not have the slightest clue of what they have to do while negotiating. Which is not bad at all.. you're not supposed to know everything. That's the reason why we do our friendlies and expecting you to negotiate in these training sessions, in the first place.
What is wrong though, is that you don't ask questions, and the biggest mistakes of all? ..not reading the whole Friendly Negotiations Threads to learn via the captains' and SAs' comments, neither reading all the available content of the links, presented to you within the Welcome Announcement of your team!!
We don't mind for now, but until the League starts everyone should know how to effectively negotiate! If we observe major mistakes, that may harm our teams by giving away easy points and even a possible positive outcome, note that we aren't willing to tolerate such poor performances!!
By the way, we won't as well tolerate during the League, negative actions we've noticed within our friendlies from some players who don't answer their captains' messages, don't follow instructions and overlook the importance of our friendlies, not willing to participate at all. If someone has a tight schedule or any other reason, that makes them unable to communicate and show up, should immediately ask for a replacement instead of being absent.
Know that some of your teammates who have the ambition to reach far this season, take this league and the effort of our teams, seriously! Playing your games and losing, it's in the game, but not playing by the rules and not even trying, it's not OK at all!
Finally, note that this was my last effort to let you know what we're expecting from you all, from now on, so please pay close attention!!
Come on then, we've got some more work (study) to do, in order to become competitive!!
