Mid Month Matches

I don't know about you, but about mid-month, most of my games from the first of the month are over. Sometimes, a new round begins in a previous tournament to fill the gaps. But not for me. So, I'd like to start an in-house Latter Tournament.

A latter tournament is when the players are listed and ranked according to rating and then everyone plays a match again the person below and above then in the ranking list. 

So, if you ever need a game, just challenge the person directly above and below you in the group ranking list.
