MINUTES

Thursday, February 05, 2009  ~  12:15 PM  ~  Library

Attendance:  Josiah Stone (President), Brian Beecher (Advisor), Megan Lueck, Matt Webb, and Guests: Nicole Hunter, Hilary Smith, Charissa Kreager, Vanessa Venable and Nikki Schoeny (Photographer).

1. Attendance.
2. Meeting called to order at 12:16 p.m.
3. Minutes Approved / Agenda approved.
4. Old Business.       
   1. Remaining of Budget needs to be spent.
   2. Still Interested in Nick French and Pete Webster to give lecture.
5. New Business.

                                                              i.      New time for meetings: Wednesdays @ noon in the library.

                                                            ii.      Matt Web nominated himself as Vice President / vote to occur next week.   

                                                          iii.      We need more money for our club since we are the largest club on campus and smaller clubs have received more money than us.

                                                          iv.      Next meeting will be Wednesday, February 11 in the library.
