Monthly promotion of active members to admin and demotion of inactive admins and coordinator

Hello everyone,

From this date, we will hold a monthly petition to promote a member to Admin status and demoting inactive admins and coordinators to members to keep things balanced. And by inactive admins and coordinators I mean the ones not so active in the club. Our club has a lot of inactive admins and coordinators. Stay safe and bye. 

NOTE - If you feel like you are going to be a lot more inactive in this club for certain reasons, please DM me regarding this ( if you are an admin or coordinator ).
