More admins and Happy Halloween!!!

Happy halloween! I am felling festive so everyone will get promoted. Now the present coordinators (NiceGarry, Kailing85, and 3jdo) will become a admin because they have stuck with our club for a while now. I also thank 2jado for staying a while so I’ll promote him to super admin.
