MORE CHESS COMING

The 2021 season has begun with Round One of the WCL League.  Following soon after will come the ECL League and the UKICC League.  Each will be one round per month through to about July.  Later in the season there is more chess -

UNDER 1600 UKICC LEAGUE: Apart from the round by round League their will be an Under 1600 League coming up for those who don't get enough games due to the small size of some of the other teams.
The UKICC CUP: This is a knockout cup where all teams from Premier Div to Div. 4 will compete. Winners progress through to the next round.
WCL CUP: This is a knockout cup where all teams who nominate will compete. Winners progress through to the next round.

N.B. Down here in Div. 4 the minimum number of players for a game is only five.   Some teams are small and plenty of you guys will miss those games due to us being too big for them. For the Leagues that we succeed in gaining promotion we'll find next season the minimum number of players needed to avoid a forfeit will double to TEN. Up in the higher Divs. there will be more of action for all.
