Most active SA/ admin/ coordinator by rank *POTENTIAL DEMOTION AND PROMOTION*

I think I have come up with a good system to make people with roles more active, basically the two least active roles holders will be in red and have a chance of being DEMOTED. On the other hand, green is safe. Yellow is a warning meaning you should be more active.

(demoted staff will be replaced with two most active members ofc)
