*Black led on time throughout the game. Notes stopped being taken at the 5-minute mark,
**Although I have to give credit to Yair, when reviewing this game I see that in retrospect, I played terribly- I never felt like I had a better position, I put myself out of comfort with e3, and I forgot that when trading queens I would leave b4 open. I probably should have played a3 some time before that.
***On a separate note, black missed tons of chances to get a better position out of the opening, and only due to good middle game play did he win. Playing Qa5, or even just e5 a few moves earlier would have taken advantage of my horrific opening play.
Credits though for winning.
****After the game, Yair commented that I was the only player who he has struggled against, and yes, it is the same for me. His cool play got a little under my nerves, I must say :).
