Munster wins first EIRC Multi Club BLITZ Arena

Munster, the only Irish club in a field of fourty registered clubs from European regions, wins the inaugural EIRC Multi Club BLITZ Arena. Their best five players scored a total of 57 points and came in ahead of Cefn Gwlad Cymru (Wales), followed by Schachfreunde Hamburg (Germany).

@Twpsyn (Cefn Gwlad Cymru) has won 12 of 13 games and was the best player during the 90 minutes BLITZ Arena on Friday, September 3, followed by @souveraine (Schachfreunde Hamburg), who came in unbeaten with 10 wins and a draw. @hpille (Die Baden-Württemberger/Germany) has won 7 of 11 games, which was just enough to become bronze medallist.
