My Appeal for the tiebreaks being included

Hey! It's me, Drago. I have decided to appeal for the 2nd game in the tiebreaks being counted.

Reasons for the Appeal:

1)As samarjith asked for draws after I was winning . If he would have played casually he would have resigned.

2)The statement "this is not counted" came after the game and not during the game or before the game. I would have acted the same if he had won but.. definitely would have breathed a sigh of relief if he told that wouldn't have been counted.

3) He told congrats to me after the game. And then moments later he told it's not counted. 

4) He challenged me to the 2nd game lol

5) Ik my mistake I had to think before playing and remember it was a casual game but stil..

Even if the committe can't give me a 1.5- 0.5 win I atleast want some compensation.

The rule is that all members can vote for yes or no. Yes means the game should be counted. No means the game should not be counted.

What do you guys think?
