3) Higher Seed in Contest can choose White or Black and is Always the Game Requestor
4)Lower Seed is Always the Game Acceptor.
5)If Higher Seed Fails to Request their Lower Seed Opponent by Wednesday Night Midnight November 22nd,2023. The Lower Seed Wins
6)If Lower Seed fails to Game Accept the Higher Seeds Game Request by Wednesday Midnight November22,2023 after Higher Seeds Game Request Higher Seed wins.
7)The Lower Seed has a week to Game Accept once the Higher Seed has Game Requested within that week
8) Higher Seed -Mandatory in letting the Commissioner know when you Game Requested the Lower Seed. So there is NO CONFUSION
9)When advancing to the next round.Highest Seed will Always Play the Lowest Seed.
10) 3 Days Per Move
