New Admin Method!

Since the previous admin method only one person did do it (the rest just said they wanted to be admin), we are going to conduct a Blitz Arena, and the winner gets to be Admin! Second place coordinator, and 3rd place 3 cheers. Also, those who want to join the tournament and are already Admin, Coordinator or Super Admin, 1st place will get 5 cheers, 2nd: 4 cheers, and 3rd: 3 cheers.
