just do "pls rob @username"

for example, "pls rob @HorribleTomato

and they lose all their coins or $!!!!!!

however, there are some downsides.

one, if a player's offline, you can't rob that user, and two, there are possible chances to get caught robbing the user and you need to pay $250 or if you don't have less $, you lose all your weapons and resources! you can also do the command "pls disable heist" and no one can rob you anymore but you can't rob anyone else! to enable it, use the command "pls enable heist". you can also give coins to people with command "pls give @username $50" like this: "pls give @HorribleTomato $250" 

plus do not use quotation marks in commands
