New rules for admins and super-admins

Because some people are not active in this club, we will start demoting useless super-admins

Not being active means not posting anything such as forums and news. Making vote-chess and tournaments counts as being active. 

SA demoting

Not inviting anyone for 1 week or not being active in this club for 4 days. You will be demoted to admin.

Admin demoting 

Not being active in this club for 1 week. You will be demoted to coordinator.

We hope that everyone enjoys this club. Please check out the jobs thread. We will promote you through this. 

Obviously, Normal coordinators can be inactive if they want but we prefer that you stay active in this club to get higher ranks.
