NEW: Try the New Daily Puzzle

Hey, Team Beta!

As you may have noticed, we've been testing out the new Daily Puzzle this week - and excited to hear what you think! The Daily Puzzle is one of the oldest and most used features of the site, and now, finally, getting the respect it deserves - with a full board, sound effects, and a friendly Coach! And that's not all...

Instead of having to navigate through the forums, you can access a handy calendar at any time to see past puzzles... The calendar even remembers the ones you have already solved! ✅

The new feature also includes support for explainer videos, in which the daily puzzle is broken down move by move. We will have explainer videos hosted by lots of different players and chess personalities - don't miss them! If the daily puzzle has a video, Coach will suggest you check it out whenever you make a mistake... or at the very end of the puzzle:

Last but not least, the new Daily Puzzle has its own Comments section, available as soon as you complete the puzzle!
