New VC rules

Greetings, everyone.

One more brief, but important announcement before the Newsletter is released.

A lot of our VC losses have been due to early voting, where people vote without discussing their moves.

Too alleviate this, we have decided, along with other renovations to the current rules, to establish a Vote Call System. The Vote Call is usually around when there’s 24 hours left. Before the call is made, nobody can vote. The Captain who makes the call gives the options to choose from when making it. Only a captain can make a call. Any vote before the call will result in a kick from the VC.

This will take effect for our next move in any VC. For any current VC moves, you won’t be kicked for having voted.
