New Work-for-a-rank scheme

Our club is doing fairly well. The topic of this article however is the work-for-a-rank scheme. The first twenty people who joined immediately got a rank of co-ordinater. However, on the event that they abuse their power or are not doing a good job. Or mis-behaving. The job will go the next best individual. Also, if you are a coordinater already, and do a good job, you can get promoted to admin and so on. Also, if you are not of any rank... That's fine. If you do a good job in the club by getting more people to join and just helping out in general. Eg. Making tournament, moving the vote chess move of the day, you will replace whoever is doing the least best job in those already ranked. However, there will be no more than 20 administrative staff over time, so work for that role!
