Newspaper Series

Hi Everyone,

I decided to create a newspaper series that will air each month. This will start on September 11. 

This newspaper will highlight upcoming matches, members of the month, SA of the month, vote chess, new rules (if there are new rules) , expectations for admins, and Super Admins, points system etc. 

I will create an announcement with the link to the newspaper each month. I plan on using Adobe software for the newspaper.
