No more admin titles to new members

To all my current members and to all my future members, there would no admin titles given to new members as the existing admins are the trusted ones and from now on admins would be added if they are trustworthy or replaced if a admin wants to leave the club for personal reasons. This decision is taken as to prevent non trustworthy admin to don't ab*se or mislead new members. If my fellow members do not agree to my decision, they can reply and we will discuss on it.
