No more under 1250 section
Checking the tournament history, U1250 section did not have enough people for more than 1 month now. I will no longer setup that section.
We will only have one section every day. I will keep the old time for MWFSun, 2 minutes later after the clock, just in case people are used to the 2-minute delay. Everything else will stay the same.
