N.W.O. Vote Chess Guidelines

Hi all,

For those of you participating in our vote chess games, please note that we prefer to play collaboratively, and decide a move after discussion:

Right now in our two games against Harry Potter's Bar and Grill we're seeing early votes. The guidelines attempt to explain why early votes detract from our team's performance.
