Online Tournament - voting (please read)

Hello All,

I want to set up an online tounrnament for our group.  In order to have the most participants I want to know what format do all members want.  Please vote on the items below and give any opinios on how to make it the most enjoyable.

1. Rated (y/n) - I know that there is a big difference in member ratings withing the group, so let me know if you would rather play an unrated tournament.
2. Number of games vs each opponent at the same time (1/2)
3. Days per Move (3/5/7)
4. Advance per group (1/2/3)
