Our duties for the well-being of the club 🎭✊️!!!!

Guys, hello 👋 it is @Utkarsho here! So, recently as you know @Zunayed_781038, the owner and a very good friend of mine, become inactive for a month or so I believe. He made a announcement on this. He also left us a note though a forum topic post in this club telling our duties and responsibilities. Now, @Agrolucario35 and Aditya made announcement 📢 on this in SAARC as well. There they mentioned some duties that we must take care of. I personally also thought 💭 that I will include farther responsibilities we should follow during his absence. I am going to be specifically telling separate duties for everyone in this club. 

Our main goals.....

• To have 805+ members 
• To, have fun activities 🎭 
• Make sure everyone follows the rules 
• Make more people join than leave 
• Keep the club a family-friendly environment 
• Keep the club very active and fun.

These are our targets 🎯. 

Now, here are the individual duties for different states:--

Normal Members 

For the normal members,  you should use our invite link 🔗 to make people join, follow the rules and regulations, stay active, make plenty of forums to keep the club active, join events and suggest ideas to us. Also, if you want, you can also paste this banner bellow in you bio.......

but your not needed to.

Coordinators 

Our coords should keep on accepting open seeks and create vote vhess a daily matches, stay active, direct the tournaments according to the tournament schedule of SAARC given by @Zunayed_781038. Also join those events yourselves as well. Rest of the duties are the same as that of the normal members. 

Admins 

The admins should invite members to the club frequently, join events, create vote calls, create events, create useful announcements 📢, create forum games, daily 🌼 puzzles, manage forums and notes, make sure everyone follows the rules, share great opening traps in the forums. We all only have 30 invites per day, so we all must invite to get more members. Share good content in SAARC. Rest are the same as of the normal members.  Also please contribute in other ways as well.

Super Admins 

The super admins have similar responsibilities as the admins. They will look after the admins and other members. They must lead the club properly. Also, Agrolucario35 is for the time being is our leader and is promoted to a SA, so he must look after the club.
