This is an invite-only tourney, so if you are not accepting invites, you cannot join.

Unfortunately, if you are a basic member, (due to lack of rights on chess.com) you have a limit of # of tournaments allowed, so you might not be able to join.

If you have lost on time in more than half your turn-based games, you may not join.

Vacation time is allowed. 5 days a move.
