Polish Demise

This showdown was between Murphy and Mom. Murphy opens with the polish game, which I am not sure I had ever seen before. So, kudos for that Murphy. This game is only 8 moves long and was a massacre but Murphy has an interesting missed opportunity to punish Mom in this one. 

Go to move 6. Murphy plays the blunder Nxe5. What move could murphy have played instead to begin a dangerous queen chase against Mom?
