Promotion sheet part 2

Hello everyone. Recently, we have a very rude person spamming in the promotion sheet, saying inappropriate things, and threatening me. We are going to take the promotion sheet off, and if you would like to be promoted, you can ask the admins, coordinators or super admins. I promise, they won't treat you like crap.
