Promotion tournaments

Hi everyone! 

Today I am proud to announce that we will launch promotion tournaments. Every end of month, we will host a promotion tournament with a time control of 3/2 (5 rounds). At least 10 people must join for it to be eligible.

The first place, second place, and third place players will each receive a promotion - first place will get admin, second and third place will get coordinator.

This goes into effect starting July.
