The Puzzle Battle War Consists of 3 phases
- Registration
Register for the war - Establishing your army
Collect yourself and your team into a private club and vote for a captain - The War
Rounds will be posted once a week for you to play one opponent either 1 match of PB or a best of 3 match
Format:
2 Teams will clash against each other and the team that outlives the other will be victorious.
Each Team captain (voted in in Phase 2) Gets a list of their members. They organize their list into a strategic positioning and send the modified list back to the organizer. Once the organizer has both lineups back they place them together and get the pairings.
Bombs/Empty spaces: These features in the war serve a couple purposes. 1; They make the War more like an actual thing. 2; They help provide a way to make the war as even as possible.
When you are faced with an Empty space you are freed and have just 'won' your match and have not been killed.
When faced with a Bomb across from you you still make it to next round, but you were injured and now must win 2 games vs. your next opponent while they only need to win one. This will increase the level of difficulty while making you still have chances.
Losses/wins: after suffering from losing your opponent you are 'dead' and will be no longer playing for your team. Players who win their battle advance to the next round in which a new lineup is formed by the team captains.
Reinforcements: On rounds 3, 6, 9 etc...Reinforcements are added (until one side is exhausted) On these three rounds all recruited members that the captains recruited during Rounds 1 and 2 get to join the war. If the captain works hard he gets a large army, if he doesn't he gets a small losing army of tired men and a few new recruits. If one team loses all its players before the next reinforcement round the War is over and any recruited reinforcements are not used.
