Queen Endgames
Today I will talk about queen endgames. An endgame is where you and your opponent are low on pieces and have mostly pawns. Queen endgames are with, well, queens. In the diagram below I will show you how to do a checkmate with just a queen and king!
Remember to always keep the queen a knight's square away as shown above.
Also remember to promote pawns!
(Note, The diagram above is assuming your opponent makes the worse moves.)
Remember to never give up even if you are losing! You can still get a draw or even win.
