Reforming our club

Hello everyone,

Today I am going to discuss about some special tricks for our club 

I hope you all know that our club represent Uttar Pradesh. But I have told you earlier our clubs discription.

I knew that there were some reforms which were very helpful for our club.

So in this form i am telling about some reforms for our club.

Our clubs discription was not liked by many people because in our clubs discription only the gratefulness of Uttar Pradesh has given and those players who were not form Uttar Pradesh though it is only for Uttar Pradesh members.

2) The club discription didn't tell about our clubs strength and aur hard work and our stong participation in high level leagues.

our win rate is very low

Our clubs win rate is very low which causes bad expression among new members.

The Daly games which we accept or challenge have more than 1000 members and it is very difficult for us to win and the players who play for our club have to face extremely high rated opponent.

But why strong clubs challenge us?

They want to increase their win rate and points and for that they use to challenge clubs of 50 to 300 members.

Un favorable chats in our clubs notes

Yesterday one member of our club quit and when I ask reason then he said that in our club we were only chat about tournament and our clubs rating which is quite boring to read same celebrations chats again and again.

we should have to moniter the club members and give them some rewards

We should create a data of players who use to play for our club and give them some rewards and I have asked shikhar to collect some money to give golden membership. (Only 2)

I have discussed the problems and now I am telling the solutions

Our clubs Discription

1- Our club requires a discription which contain complete data of our club in very short 

I will give completed information in another form.

2 - We should make ranks in our club among all the players and some specal rights should be provided.

3- we will make Google form in which members can report against other player if anyone did follow our clubs private policies, members can post issues related to our club, can send feedback to us etc.

4 - we can increase our win rate if you all aprove me ( I have many of trics to increase our win rate but many of us didn't like those tricks)
