Regal Chess School Newsletter August 10th, 2020
Monthly News:
- We are now The Regal Chess School. We changed the name due to the fact that we are now National. We have students from Michigan, Maryland, and California and numerous other states! Our new website www.regalchessschool.com is under construction and will be up soon.
- By popular demand, we will be having Monthly Trophy Quad Tournaments. A quad is a 4 player tournament. I will be grouping students by rating and skill level. The winner of each quad will be awarded a trophy which will be mailed! These events will be Chess Express Rated! www.cxrchess.com and occur the last Saturday of every month. Our first event is Saturday August 29th at 11AM Central Time. Please register at www.reg4chess.com.
- Pawn to King Level Tests are due by August 31st. The goal is to complete one level per semester. We have Summer, Spring, and Fall semesters.

- I have added a Pawn Knight Tournament on Wednesdays at 6:30PM right after the Pawn Knight Lesson.
- FYI: On Wednesdays after Chess School ,our tournaments are Classical and on Sundays, we play Crazyhouse.
