registration

hello all! i would like everyone here to register and join a team ASAP. if you want to be a captain then make a forum saying you are one. if you dont want to be a captain, when a captain says they need a team please comment on it saying you want to join. IMPORTANT. ALL PEOPLE WHO WANT TO BE CAPTAIN MUST TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS/HER TEAM!!!!! also captains have to make sure that the team average is under 1700. so please register and join a team everyone! and enjoy this first ever NSPVCL season!
